Project Coordinator Support

Weber is seeking a Project Coordinator with a public trust clearance to support a public health federal agency. The Project Coordinator will have experience supporting federal programs and the ability to support small and large government-led teams. This includes overall operational objectives of the Agency to meet program support requirements. The Project Coordinator will create, maintain, track, process, and document important information throughout the project life cycle. This includes assisting with the team’s strategic objectives and providing administrative support for agency project teams.

Required Experience:
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones. Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for project communications. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports. Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including team members, equipment, and materials, to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk management logs, and issue tracking reports. Ensure that all documents are stored in an organized and accessible manner.
- Status Reporting: Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on project status to all stakeholders. Identify and report any potential issues or risks to project management.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to project managers and team members, including scheduling meetings, organizing project files, and handling day-to-day project administration tasks.
Business Analytical Support

Weber is seeking a business analyst with a public trust clearance to support a federal public health agency. The Business Analytical Support will have experience in supporting federal programs and the ability to support small and large government-led teams. This includes the agency’s overall operational objectives to meet program support requirements. The Business Analytical Support will interpret documents business processes, products, services and software through analysis of data in order to return acceptable development requirements for the agency and its AMS systems and services.

Required Experience:
- Provide technical and analytical support for requirements definition and documentation.
- Works with the business and other IT teams to analyze available program documentation to identify gaps in existing requirements sets and develop a plan of action which includes milestones and the elimination of identified requirements gaps.
- Define a Product Roadmap that facilitates the requirements gathered from the stakeholders and link them to business processes to include technology insertion, platform integration, and support planning.
- Rank and prioritize requirements for development.
- Directly interface/report to government manager and/or program lead the status of user story creation and sprint planning efforts.
- Develop Acceptance Criteria for user stories.
- Validate and approve Scrum delivery at the end of each Sprint and determine readiness for Government review.
- Developing process flow charts and functional flow diagrams in support of requirements.
- Assisting in categorizing system requirements for entry into a government approved requirements management system to document and manage user stories.
- Develop metrics and reports that characterize the status of requirements and traceability for the program and other stakeholders.
- Develop and edit low fidelity wireframes supporting website prototyping.
Enhanced Business Analytical Support

Weber is seeking an Enhanced Business Analytical with a public trust clearance to support a federal public health agency. The Enhanced Business Analytical Support will have experience in supporting federal programs and the ability to support small and large government-led teams. The Enhanced Business Analytical Support will be required to create and interpret document business processes, products, services, and software through analysis of data in order to return acceptable development requirements for the Agency’s systems and services.
